Early one morning at about 3 am, back when i lived in my van, I found myself unable to sleep. I left who I thought was the woman of my dreams in Colorado the morning before, it was very painful. I gave up trying to sleep and I drove into Arches for a distraction and eventually happened upon the delicate arch lit up by the full moonlight I crawled around the hillside in the frigid air until I got this angle and took my photo (an 18 second exposure on tripod with a 300mm lens. Then I went back to my warm van to make coffee and wait for the sun.
